The "YDTCW-4500/3*750 UHV (Ultra-High Voltage) 2250kV Test Transformer" developed by our company for the Kunming UHV Base of China Southern Power Grid has secured the first place in terms of the voltage level supplied by products of the same series in China's domestic industry. Its outstanding performance has successfully met the stringent test requirements of the Kunming UHV Base, providing core support for insulation performance testing and extreme working condition verification of UHV equipment, marking that China has entered a new stage in the R&D (Research and Development) of high-voltage-level test transformers.

As a core piece of equipment supporting the testing of UHV power grid equipment, this test transformer can meet the 2250kV UHV test requirements and accurately complete key tasks such as insulation performance testing and extreme working condition verification of UHV equipment. Its single-unit design index of 750kV has broken the previous technical bottleneck of domestic insulation test transformers, providing reliable assurance for the Kunming UHV Base to conduct higher-standard and more complex test research on UHV equipment.
