2010: First-Equipment Designated as Provincial-Level Major Product, Technical Strength Gains Authoritative Recognition

In 2010, Jiangsu Shenghua Electric achieved a technological breakthrough milestone. The company developed the YDTCW-4500kVA/3×750kV Test Transformer for China Southern Power Grid's Kunming UHV Base, successfully earning the designation as a "Provincial-Level First-Ever Major Equipment Product" in Jiangsu Province. This recognition marked the company's technological level in the UHV testing equipment sector as leading within the province, breaking the previous reliance on imported high-end, high-voltage testing equipment. In the same year, the company also established a Municipal-Level Engineering Technology Research Center, was recognized as a "Contract-Honoring and Creditworthy Enterprise", and successfully developed a 1250kV/4A Armored SF6 Gas-Insulated Test System. This created a virtuous cycle of "technology R&D–product commercialization – qualification certification", accelerating the company's entry into the ranks of China's core enterprises in the high-voltage testing equipment industry.
