2007: Enterprise Restructuring and Upgrading – A New Chapter of Specialized Development

In May 2007, the original Jiangdu City Shenghua High Voltage Electrical Equipment Plant completed a comprehensive resource restructuring, formally establishing Jiangsu Shenghua Electric Co., Ltd.. The company registered a capital of 51 million RMB, with its registered address located in the Wujian Industrial Park, Jiangdu District, Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province. Prior to this, the company's predecessor, "Jiangdu Shenghua High Voltage Electrical Equipment Plant," was founded in July 2000, accumulating initial technological and market foundations for subsequent growth.Following the restructuring, the company clearly defined its focus on the R&D and manufacturing of high-voltage electrical testing equipment. In the same year, it embarked on the path of standardization, laying the groundwork for future participation in industry standard formulation and the development of a core product portfolio. This period marked a critical turning point in the company's evolution, signifying the transition from a "startup phase" to a "standardized and regulated development phase."
